2005 Compass® Port

Compass®, the Dreyer Family's brand known for high quality, high value wines from “all points of the compass” is pleased to release its 2005 Port. This second release is full of abundant, rich and ripe fruit character. Possessing a great mouthfeel and balance, this Sierra Foothills Port is blend of seven, true Portuguese varietals. It has a deep garnet color and a rich, silky texture. The palate is luscious, with cherry and blueberry notes combined with a bit of lovely spice. This wine is not too cloyingly sweet and a true special find given its balance.
